The downloadable content (DLC) for the WWE 2K series can vary based on fan preferences, but the DLC for WWE 2K25 has been consistently good. The initial DLC, named New Wave, introduced rising stars like the Motor City Machine Guns, Giulia (current WWE Women’s United States Champion), and Stephanie Vaquer, all of whom are expected to make a big impact in WWE. The latest DLC features a fun NBA crossover theme along with monstrous characters such as Abyss and The Great Khali. Interestingly, Abyss was quite pleased with his WWE 2K25 model, but the most anticipated DLC addition might still be on its way.
In the upcoming DLC for WWE 2K25, characters like New Jack, Jordynne Grace, D’Lo Brown, Mark Henry, and Jesse Venture will be included. However, none of them are as thrilled as Penta. The Fearless Pack DLC for WWE 2K25 is set to launch this month, marking the first time Penta appears in a WWE game. Interestingly, Penta wasn’t part of the base game roster because he joined WWE and Monday Night Raw back in January, which makes him an especially exciting newcomer.
Penta Has Had An Incredibly Strong WWE Debut
It’s undeniable that Penta has quickly risen to fame within the WWE due to his captivating performances, unique moveset, and strategic booking. In just half a year, he’s become a regular on Raw, was the Iron Man of this year’s Royal Rumble, graced the WrestleMania 41 and Backlash cards in pursuit of the prestigious Intercontinental title, and delivered an outstanding performance in the Money in the Bank Ladder match. It seems as though Penta was tailor-made for the WWE, effortlessly fitting into the scene. The rest of this year remains to be seen for Penta, but it’s clear that gold is in his future.
Considering the time it took for him to join WWE and his appearance in WWE 2K25, it’s understandable that fans might have concerns. Yet, these seem unfounded. What makes his inclusion so thrilling isn’t just his star status, but also the meticulous work Visual Concepts is known for. Abyss, Shaq, and Penta will all embody their unique personas faithfully in the game.
Penta Will Have an Incredible WWE 2K25 Debut Too
In WWE 2K games, it’s crucial to nail the minor aspects of a wrestler’s appearance. WWE 2K25 is no exception to this rule. Recently, Visual Concepts producer Bryan Williams revealed some exciting details about Penta in WWE 2K25. Notably, players will have the option to take off Penta’s glove in the game. Furthermore, Bryan confirmed that during chain wrestling, Penta has a unique Cheap Shot move where he performs his cero meido physical taunt.
Focusing on the minor aspects is shrewd, and it carries significant weight for fans of Penta and WWE. It wouldn’t feel quite right without his unique, somewhat peculiar style. Including such a small detail suggests that fans might also witness his signature strut in the game, possibly during his entrance and as a taunt. Although this isn’t confirmed yet, it aligns perfectly with developing Penta as a playable character in WWE 2K25.

It’s clear that Visual Concepts understands this as well.
