Blood and Wine served as a fitting conclusion or “farewell” to The Witcher 3, unfolding after the main storyline had concluded (time-wise) and offering Geralt of Rivia a sense of retirement or closure. At the end of this expansion, there’s a clever reference to the audience that’s worthy of applause – it truly ranks among the best DLCs available.

3. Point Lookout (Fallout 3)

Point Lookout stands out as one of the most unsettling Downloadable Content packages within the Fallout series, immersing players in a gloomy, monster-ridden backwoods area where they must survive on their own.
