However, unlike many horror games from that time, this title doesn’t provide any means for confronting or combating the cursed inhabitants of the city. Instead, survival relies on evasion and strategy.
In other words, by employing the technique of disguising your true intentions (sight jacking), you can cleverly manipulate your eyes to deceive them, thus staying unnoticed and escaping safely from Hanuda.
This game is a challenging survival horror title that doesn’t hold back, yet it’s definitely worth the effort to conquer it for that satisfying platinum trophy.

In conclusion, we return to the realm of Japanese Role-Playing Games (JRPGs) to express our admiration for another timeless title which, unfortunately, failed to escape the long shadow cast by Final Fantasy when it was first introduced.
The Legend of Dragoon stands out as an exceptionally engaging video game, boasting an array of captivating characters and a tactical combat system that relies on timing, skillfully implemented through the Additions function. This results in complex, immersive battles from the start.
As a gamer, I can’t help but feel disappointed when a game with such high expectations falls short in its narrative. The straightforward plot seemed more like a familiar path than an exciting journey, making it fall short of the critical acclaim many had anticipated.
Despite some flaws in storytelling, such as uneven pacing at times, this game remains brilliant overall and is undoubtedly a timeless JRPG gem that’s worth every penny.
If we’re fortunate enough to win some awards for our hard work when we get back into the swing of things, that would be even more beneficial.
