7 Deadliest POIs in 7 Days To Die

Summary

  • Navezgane has tough spots like Dishong Tower and Higashi Pharmaceutical.
  • Grover High and Red Mesa Compound are challenging tier 5 POIs.
  • Shotgun Messiah Factory and 7 Days Suites are tricky and filled with undead.

In the game 7 Days To Die, there’s a wealth of exciting points of interest to discover within the specially designed world called Navezgane, tailored for beginners. Although the map isn’t particularly vast, it offers enough space for new players to delve into extensive exploration. With exploration comes adventure, and with adventure comes risk. Enemies lurk in every corner, eagerly waiting to surprise attack the player.

In many sprawling structures, there are a select few areas that prove particularly challenging to clean out. Let’s delve into some of the toughest spots to clear on the Navezgane map.

1. Dishong Tower

A Deadly Desert Maze

  • Location: 1660 East 1812 South
  • Loot Room Location: In An Apartment On The Top Floor

In the world of 7 Days To Die, I can tell you that Dishong Tower stands tall as one of its most imposing structures. Prior to the outbreak, this colossal complex was more than just a building – it housed apartments, offices, stores, and even a vibrant nightclub. But now, with the rise of the undead, it’s no longer a cozy sanctuary; instead, it serves as a reminder of better times, a place best avoided in my current struggle for survival.

Cleaning up this location seems simpler in theory than it does in practice. Besides being populated by the undead, it’s also quite challenging to maneuver through. Even seasoned players can find themselves disoriented while attempting to cleanse Dishong Tower.

2. Higashi Pharmaceutical

A Deadly Skyscraper With Lots Of Secrets

  • Location: 529 West 453 South
  • Loot Room Location: On The Roof, Behind A Steel Door

Prior to the outbreak, Higashi Pharmaceutical was hiding numerous suspicious activities within its premises. As players progress, they will come across feral zombies confined in tubes for experimentation, hordes of Wights, and a group of undead medical personnel.

This point of interest (POI) is situated within the desolate expanse known as the Wasteland on Navezgane, making it all the more difficult due to the emergence of tougher adversaries. The rooftop of this structure is where the greatest concentration of enemies tends to gather. Given the construction of this building, a swift exit seems nearly unattainable. Upon reaching the top, one is left with only two choices: engage in combat against the undead or take a leap of faith and hope for survival.

3. Minotaur Theater

A Small Yet Deadly Tier 5 POI

  • Location: 552 West 1846 North
  • Loot Room Location: In The Main Theater Room In The Center Of The Building

Despite its relatively smaller size among tier 5 points of interest (POIs) in the game, this structure can prove surprisingly challenging to clear due to its imposing nature. Since it’s situated in the snow biome of Navezgane, you’ll often find bears and lumberjacks in the surrounding theater area.

Upon entering the structure, there appears to be a sense of tranquility. But as soon as the character gets to the central platform, hordes of zombies start pouring in from various directions. Given the compact size of the building, there aren’t many spots where the player can find refuge, making it crucial to arrive equipped and ready for a challenging battle.

4. Grover High

A High School Filled With The Undead

  • Location: 1733 East 1529 South
  • Loot Room Location: Right In The Front Entrance. However, The Front Entrance Is Locked

Prior to the outbreak, Grover High was just an ordinary school. As events began to deteriorate, survivors sought refuge within the gym. Regrettably, this sanctuary was breached when the undead invaded, transforming all survivors into zombies.

Notably, the main loot area is visible from outside as it’s situated right inside the entrance door. The issue lies in the fact that this door is fortified and locked, forcing players to either force their way through or find an alternative route around and within the building.

Regardless of the choice the player takes, entering the loot zone immediately sets off pandemonium. A horde of zombies will scramble up, aiming to overwhelm the player. Given that it’s a high school, there are numerous long hallways which can serve as getaway paths if situations turn sour. However, rushing through these passageways can be challenging, as it’s simple to veer off course and confront additional adversaries.

5. Red Mesa Compound

A Longstanding Military Base With A Huge Underground Complex

  • Location: 601 West 1929 South
  • Loot Room Location: In The Above Ground Tower To The Left Of The Complex

For quite some time now, The Red Mesa Compound has been featured in the game “7 Days To Die”. This place was once a military post, but it’s now completely taken over by the undead. As players navigate through here, they can expect to come across numerous undead soldiers.

A significant portion of this Point of Interest (POI) lies beneath the ground surface, making access limited to a few entry and exit points. This can be challenging, especially when hordes of Screamers chase you inside. The odds of surviving an encounter with these creatures are rather slim. Furthermore, while the main loot room might have the highest concentration of enemies, various sectors within the facility harbor numerous undead forces, ready to attack at the slightest provocation.

6. Shotgun Messiah Factory

A Hard Building to Navigate

  • Location: 927 West 587 South
  • Loot Room Location: On Top Of The Two Connected Pipes That Extend High Above The Roof

In the desolate expanse known as the Wasteland lies a facility called the Shotgun Messiah Manufacturing Hub. Given its purpose – crafting deadly weaponry – it boasts robust safety measures. Regrettably, during the contagion, these safeguards were transformed into undead beings due to the infection.

Currently, anyone entering the structure will encounter ex-employees along with a legion of zombified police officers and military personnel. The interior of the building is filled with tight corridors. Navigating through these narrow passageways while dealing with swarms of undead adversaries isn’t typically an enjoyable experience.

Given that clearing this location might take a couple of days, it’s wise to bring along a drone for additional supplies like ammunition and medical equipment.

7. Navezgane Corrections

A Secure Building With Lots Of Undead Cops On Patrol

  • Location: 683 East 1836 North
  • Loot Room Location: In The Central Room That Has A Large Antenna Sticking Out Of The Roof

In a setting where it functions as a correctional facility, players should anticipate an abundance of law enforcement personnel within. Given that the game is centered around zombies, every officer is actually undead. These undead officers have the unsettling habit of spitting a harmful, corrosive slime at any player they spot. Not only do they do this, but when injured, an officer has the ability to detonate into a gruesome mess, which can instantly kill a player if they are unfortunate enough to be near.

As a fan, I’ve got to say, there’s one cool advantage to this Point of Interest (POI): its expansive outdoor space. This open area offers me ample room to dart and dodge while taking down enemies from afar with my gunfire. However, let me warn you, it remains one of the trickiest spots to conquer in Navezgane.

8. 7 Days Suites

From A Paradise To A Nightmare

  • Location: 1176 East 2206 South
  • Loot Room Location: Facing The Front Of The Building, The Main Loot Room Can Be Found On The Second Floor On The Right-Hand Side

7 Days Suites serves as a hotel compound, but be cautious as it appears to house an unusual number of… let’s say ‘inhabitants’ that are less than hospitable. Navigating this place can be tricky for players, as they must ascend to the rooftop before descending into the main loot area. Due to its sprawling size, it’s easy to find oneself disoriented once inside. It would benefit newcomers to bring a companion along, as there are numerous valuable items scattered throughout the journey.

The primary looting spot, similar to other entries on this list, boasts the greatest number of zombies. While it’s technically possible to knock down the wall from outside, the zombies inside will still be alerted, ensuring that regardless of the approach, players will find themselves in a rather heated combat situation.
