Since my last list of Steam Next Fest strategy game demos was popular, I’ve put together another quick recommendation list. This one is shorter and focuses on helping you discover new games and demos. For more detailed lists, you can find them here.

7 – Stellar Reach
Stellar Reach launches on October 22nd, and now’s the perfect time to try it out if you’re considering buying this 4X science fiction strategy game.
6 – Panzer Deck
I stumbled upon Panzer Deck during Steam Next Fest – and it immediately caught my eye! It’s a turn-based strategy game where you build a deck of cards to deploy and move units, aiming to outmaneuver your opponent on the battlefield.
5 – In The Black
In The Black is a realistic space combat simulator developed over six years. It prioritizes accurate, science-based combat and aims to immerse players in the role of a true spacecraft pilot. The game is being created by Impeller Studios, led by experienced developers Jack Mamais (known for MechWarrior 2) and David Wessman (from X-Wing/TIE Fighter).
