Both Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties and several new titles are generating excitement. Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties aims to improve upon a previously less-loved Yakuza game and appears to be off to a strong start. High on Life 2 promises a funny sci-fi shooting experience, while Reanimal, created by the team behind Little Nightmares, looks like a promising co-op horror game.
While only two Xbox games – Avowed by Obsidian Entertainment and Towerborne by Stoic – are confirmed for PS5 in February, they’re just the beginning. Microsoft plans to bring more of its games to PlayStation this year, and these two titles are a great way to start.
The most anticipated PS5 game coming out in February 2026 is definitely Resident Evil Requiem (also known as Resident Evil 9).
