The fellow bound to the pole is identical to the artist depicted on the DLC cover. He appears to be in a tough spot, conversing with a skull. Despite not knowing what led the painter to this predicament, his story seems intertwined with his past. Henry might find himself involved and could potentially aid him. On the other hand, the painter may turn out to be the villain. Only time will tell which path the story takes.

As a gamer who grabbed the KCD2 Expansion Pass, I’m automatically scoring the Brushes with Death DLC, since it’s part of the package. The pass sets me back around $29.99 and comes loaded with extra goodies, such as the Shields of Seasons Passing item set, featuring four unique shield designs to give Henry’s equipment a fresh look.
