Spark of Discharge grants you a stack of Bolt Charge when you pick up an Ionic Trace. Arc weapon Final Blows also have a chance to give you Bolt Charge stacks.
Spark of Frequency increases your reload speed and stability after hitting a melee attack, and it also increases the amount of Bolt Charge stacks you gain while amplified.

The collaboration among the four actions is evident: Toss a grenade to trigger Jolt, vanquish that target afterwards to obtain an Ionic Trace. Gather the Trace to accumulate Bolt Charge, and if you’re augmented, you’ll receive additional charges from all sources. With an endless supply of backup ammunition, the Lodestar is an incredibly dependable choice. If you prefer generating more Ionic Traces, opt for using another option instead.
