Yet, what’s truly fascinating is that some of the strongest characters, like Shanks, Garp, and Roger, don’t need Devil Fruits to rule supreme. Conversely, you won’t find a powerful character who relies solely on Devil Fruits without the might of Haki backing them up.

Moreover, Oda hinted that the antidote to the immortality demonstrated by the Five Elders and the Holy Knights could be Haki, specifically Conqueror’s Haki, though this is not yet definitive. This suggests that Haki might significantly elevate in importance when considering its potential capabilities.
