During an interview with BBC Radio 1, Henry Cavill shared how he discovered the popular Netflix series “Arcane”. Journalist and critic Ali Plumb introduced him to the show as he believed that Cavill, being a video game enthusiast, would enjoy it. Intrigued by the recommendation, Cavill became captivated by the show, even watching it past his bedtime with his wife, Natalie. As he put it, “I was so engrossed in it that I didn’t want to stop, and it got quite late, but Natalie agreed we should keep on watching.
“It’s amazing and I’m very thankful I was introduced to it or I may have missed it otherwise.”
It’s not surprising that Cavill found himself captivated by “Arcane,” given its engaging narrative, vibrant aesthetics, and captivating characters like beloved champions Jinx and Vi, making it a must-watch series. Remarkably, even among the vast sea of movies and TV shows, “Arcane” has earned universal praise from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, boasting a perfect 100% rating, with the audience score not trailing far behind at 96%. We fervently hope that Cavill has now had a chance to watch season 2 of the series, as well, considering the show’s executive producers hinted at a spinoff featuring fan-favorites Vi and Caitlyn, who may see their romantic storyline unfold.
