Over time in the series, it appears that the power of the Devil Fruits has significantly increased, with the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika being considered the most potent by many fans. However, creator Oda has introduced several other Devil Fruits in One Piece that boast powers comparable to or even surpassing that of the Nika fruit. Here’s a look at some potential candidates for these mighty fruits.

On Egghead Island, Bonney successfully aged Luffy to a point where he was extremely old and weary, rendering him practically incapable of performing any actions except for sitting down with labored breathing.

Despite its inherent power, this fruit offers numerous avenues for utilization. With Distorted Future, Bonney can generate alternate versions of herself or her targets, which she can modify if she envisions such a scenario as feasible. For instance, she successfully transferred Nika’s abilities to herself on Egghead because she envisioned a future where she mirrored Nika, demonstrating the reality-bending capabilities of the Toshi Toshi no Mi.

This destructive power is what earned Whitebeard his title as the World’s Strongest Man. However, his personal aspirations often conflicted with the devastation this fruit could unleash, preventing him from ever awakening it.

Following Whitebeard’s demise at the end of the Marineford War, Blackbeard mysteriously obtained his Devil Fruit, the Gura Gura no Mi, and wreaked havoc with it, even though he was a novice user. This demonstrated to the world the immense power that the Gura Gura no Mi holds. In a confrontation against Luffy in his Nika state, this ability could inflict the most damage as it is known for having the potential to destroy an entire planet if the user decides to do so.

Imu’s Mysterious Devil Fruit Is The Most Versatile Power We Have Seen

• Imu’s Devil Fruit is likely a Mythical Zoan.

In essence, the nature of Imu’s Devil Fruit remains unclassified, but it’s widely believed to be a Mythical Zoan type based on its manifestations during the Elbaf arc. This power has not only demonstrated Imu’s strength beyond expectations, but also suggests that their fruit opposes Luffy’s Nika fruit significantly. The Domi Reversi ability of Imu symbolizes subjugation and oppression, which stands in stark contrast to Luffy’s Nika fruit, which embodies freedom from tyranny. Moreover, the transformed appearance of Luffy in his Zoan form is noticeably countered by that of Imu.

From my perspective, at this point, there isn’t much more to articulate about this enigmatic Devil Fruit given its elusive nature. However, when it does make an appearance, many fans are confident that it will stand shoulder to shoulder with Luffy in his Nika form. It’s a strong possibility that Imu has used this cryptic fruit to bestow upon the Gods’ Knights and the Five Elders their enigmatic Abyss powers, as well as the regenerative abilities and mythical Yokai forms similar to Zoans that the Gorosei possess. All we can do now is eagerly await what masterful storytelling Oda has prepared for us next.
