7. Trios Instead Of Duos & Teams Of Four

As a dedicated fan, I’ve noticed one standout improvement in Supervive since its debut – the adjustment in team size! Originally, players could choose between duos or squads of four, but the developers have since merged these queue options. Now, teams consist of three Hunter companions instead.

This change is intended to reduce wait times in queues since squads are the primary method of gameplay. Players will now have increased control over their actions as they make up one-third of their team instead of one-quarter. Additionally, battles within teams will be clearer due to the reduction from eight to six combatants. Unfortunately, this change may not be ideal for groups of four friends, but they can still enjoy playing together in the Arena mode.

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about the ongoing development of “Supervive”! Initially, at the onset of the open beta, we were graced with sixteen diverse hunters to pick from. However, the game has since expanded, and six additional hunters have been introduced, bumping the roster up to a staggering twenty-two! The latest addition to our team is Wukong, who made his grand entrance alongside the 1.0 patch. To top it off, we’ve got another two hunters lined up for release over the next month, with each one joining us at two-week intervals. It’s an exciting time to be a part of this dynamic community!

As a passionate fan, here are six fresh faces you should definitely keep an eye on in the game: Beebo, Crysta, Carbine, Saros, Eva, and Wukong. Each of them brings unique skills to the team, ensuring a diverse and dynamic experience. Of course, adjustments have been made to the initial lineup as well, and we can expect ongoing balance tweaks to ensure fair gameplay for all.

5. Quests Have Been Removed

Players Shouldn’t Feel As Constricted In The Early Game

In the transformation of Supervive, several modifications involve new additions or updates; however, some original features have been eliminated entirely. For instance, the in-game quests have been completely taken out from the game. During the beta testing phase, teams could pick up a simple quest upon landing, which ranged from farming camps, breaking into a vault, to eliminating enemy hunters.

It seems that quests haven’t been swapped for another element in the game. Instead, players are encouraged to explore and pursue activities of their choice when starting the game. Often, farming camps become a popular choice for leveling up.

4. Armor Is Now Repaired Via Consumable Shards

It Can Still Be Repaired At Forges, But Not At Base Camps

In the beta version, it was possible to fix armor at Base Camps, which are still around but no longer serve this purpose. Nowadays, the primary method for repairing armor involves gathering Armor Shards, an item that can be used by pressing the 2 key. When used, one bar of your armor gets restored.

In simpler terms, when battling, you’ll find Armor Shards dropped at random as loot. Additionally, if you eliminate other players, you’ll acquire any Armor Shards they were holding. You can recharge your Armor for free at a Forge, but be aware that this action will emit a loud sound, potentially revealing your position to your enemies.

The expanded map “The Breach” by Supervive offers a more varied gameplay experience with an increased number of safe zone locations. Furthermore, there’s now more open space for players to explore using their upgraded gliders or hop into the new two-seater vehicle, Skysharks, which performs optimally in the skies’ depths.

Monster and boss spawn points have been adjusted, along with numerous new shops added. With all these modifications, it can be inferred that players may well need to reacquaint themselves with the game layout.

2. Gliders No Longer Run Out Of Fuel

As a gamer, I’ve got to say that soaring through the skies on my glider in Supervive is one of the coolest experiences! It’s not every day you find a traversal method like this in games that resemble MOBAs. During the beta, managing my glider fuel was crucial, and if I got hit while gliding, it meant an instant plunge into the abyss.

Instead of running out of fuel, gliders can now continue indefinitely, allowing players more endurance. Moreover, taking a hit while gliding won’t lead to an immediate loss unless the glider has overheated from excessive use. In other words, frequent usage and being struck will increase the glider’s temperature. Consequently, gliding has become less perilous, but it still requires careful handling.

1. Old Items Are Gone, Replaced By The Armory

Items Are Now Unlocked Between Games & Bought With Gold In Game

The most significant alteration to Supervive lies in the introduction of the Armory, effectively overhauling all previous items and hunter constructions. In the future, you’ll acquire items by spending gold with merchants dispersed across the map rather than gathering pink item fragments that gradually upgrade your gear.

Essentially, it’s crucial for players to gain access to the Armory, situated outside of gameplay, before they can utilize certain items. They can acquire Prisma, a type of currency, by defeating opponents or claiming a portion of their earnings. This update is intended to enhance player engagement since everyone has the opportunity to unlock fresh and upgraded items or runes.
