Unfortunately, he possesses an extraordinary resistance to certain physical attacks, making him almost invincible against weapons such as swords. His ability to divide his body and control its parts remotely offers potential for being a highly skilled spy in this universe. Moreover, Buggy can essentially fly and displays significant strength too.

In his younger days, he did exhibit some strategic acumen, but now he’s known for being obnoxious, lazy, greedy, and self-centered. To add insult to injury, he possesses an extraordinary Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a legendary dragon (or snake), even spawning up to eight heads, each with a degree of individuality.

Given that he can temporarily halt someone for thirty seconds, making them completely defenseless against attacks, one would expect him to dominate most confrontations with ease, particularly if he catches his opponents off guard.
