In the upcoming season of Last Epoch, the game creators have announced some exciting changes, including an update to minions with the introduction of the Assassinate mode. This news was shared on the game’s official forum.
2024 will see the arrival of action RPG game “Last Epoch”, which merges time travel, labyrinth exploration, extensive character customization, and a high degree of replayability. In “Last Epoch”, players can select from five distinct classes and further personalize their experience through masteries. The game also includes a season system, with the current one being its second, Tombs of the Erased, which started on April 17 and introduced new zones and endgame bosses. The upcoming season for “Last Epoch” is imminent, and developers have shared significant updates coming to the game.
Last Epoch Reveals Assassinate Mode for Minions in Season 3
As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled to share that in Season 3 of Last Epoch, our minion pals are getting a new trick up their sleeve – the Assassinate mode! This exciting update means our minions will start taking out enemies from a distance, zeroing in on rarer foes and bosses. But don’t worry, if you prefer keeping your minions close for comfort, you can switch back to the traditional Protect mode.
Just keep an eye on the icon next to your minion’s portrait – two swords signify Assassinate mode, while a shield indicates Protect mode. To make things even better, Eleventh Hour Games is working on enhancing the minions’ target prioritization so they won’t hop around from enemy to enemy anymore, instead sticking to their targets until the job is done!
In Season 3, along with advancements in Minion AI, players can anticipate improvements for various minions from the Beastmaster of Last Epoch, such as new nodes for Raptor, Scorpion, and Bear. A much-desired feature by Last Epoch players is now being implemented – the ability to use cosmetics even in Offline Mode. To activate this function, players only need to engage in either offline or online play once and set up their cosmetics for offline usage.
The third season of “Last Epoch” starts on August 21st this Thursday. Simultaneously with changes in minions and Offline Mode, the Merchants’ Guild is set to receive two updates. One of these updates streamlines shopping by modifying filters, while the other introduces tokens that players can use to purchase items without needing to pay favors or reach a certain rank. Alongside these improvements, developers are working on various adjustments to improve the gaming experience for “Last Epoch” enthusiasts.
