Schedule 1 Releases New Beta Update for August 2025

In simple terms, “Schedule 1” has rolled out a fresh beta version for August 2025. This update introduces an exciting graffiti feature within the game. Please note that this new “Schedule 1” update is exclusive to players who have selected the beta version of the game on Steam.

Initially debuting on Early Access in March 2025, the game titled Schedule 1 swiftly became a sensation for its creator, the independent studio TVGS (Tyler). By the month’s end, May 2025, Schedule 1 boasted over $125 million in earnings and attracted hundreds of thousands of daily players. Today, it routinely reaches approximately 20,000 concurrent players on Steam, with its developer, Tyler, consistently adding fresh content to keep the game engaging.

Tyler shared on Steam the details of the latest beta update, announcing that the much-anticipated graffiti feature has been introduced in the game named Schedule 1. As per the update notes, gamers can now use graffiti to decorate different parts of the map, which helps decrease the power of criminal gangs and earn experience points. The new update also introduces a spray paint item that can be purchased at the Gas Mart. Although the graffiti feature is the main highlight, there are several other significant improvements throughout the game as well.

I recently jumped into the latest update for Cartel in Schedule 1, which just went live this week. The cooldowns for cartel activities have been adjusted, and the passive influence gain from cartels has been temporarily halted. Now, cartel dealers are operating outside Westville, and a few more tweaks to the cartel system have been implemented to maintain balance in multiplayer games. At the moment, this Schedule 1 update is only accessible on the beta branch, but as long as there aren’t any major problems popping up, it won’t be too much longer before every player gets their hands on it.

Working on his own, Tyler continues to develop the ‘Schedule 1’ roadmap for the game, suggesting a prolonged wait until its full release becomes available. The Steam page suggests an Early Access duration of about two years, yet the potential impact of ‘Schedule 1’s impressive success on this timeline is uncertain. For now, the game offers an enjoyable experience as it stands.
