The team behind the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Pocket has prematurely released the entire trailer for the upcoming expansion called Secluded Springs, showcasing a dozen fresh cards. Incidentally, just hours ago, the Google Play and App Store pages of Pokémon TCG Pocket inadvertently disclosed details about the yet-to-be-named A4a set, including its release date and the featured Pokémon it includes.
It was previously understood that the upcoming Pokémon TCG Pocket collection would emphasize the Trio of Sacred Legends: Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. Previously released artwork had previously depicted these three, with Suicune positioned centrally, suggesting it might be featured prominently as the face of the set. Recently, additional Pokémon from the A4a miniset have been leaked as well.
Pokemon TCG Pocket Cards from Next Expansion Leak
It seems that an error occurred on the official Korean Pokémon YouTube channel, where they inadvertently posted a teaser trailer for A4a, leading to the leak of 12 new cards. Although the video has been removed, some of the characters can be seen on unauthorized channels discussing the game. The A4a collection, known as Secluded Springs, appears to feature intriguing cards, including the legendary beasts, each equipped with a card-draw ability – assuming the translations are correct.

- Traveling Merchant (Supporter)
The opinions among fans are split about how Suicune, Entei, and Raikou will operate in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), as their abilities appear to be perplexing. According to interpretations, each card allows the player to draw a card from their deck. What’s ambiguous is whether this ability triggers from the Bench or exclusively when the Pokémon is in the Active Spot. If it operates from the Bench, these legendary creatures could effortlessly become standard components in various decks within the Pokémon TCG Pocket metagame.

In accordance with predictions, Latios and Latias possess intertwined abilities that grow stronger when they’re both in play. Furthermore, there seems to be a new Supporter, presumably called the Traveling Merchant, that enables players to draw a Pokémon Tool card from their deck. A notable feature of Secluded Springs is Mantyke, a newly discovered baby creature, which appears to function as a boost for Water-type decks by producing Water Energy and attaching it to a basic character of the same type.
It’s important to mention that these card abilities were translated using online tools, which means they might not be entirely accurate. As with past leaks of the Pokémon TCG Pocket collection, speculations could prove to be incorrect or misleading. On a positive note, the A4a teaser trailer is expected to be officially released on August 22nd or 23rd, so non-Korean fans won’t have to wait long to find out what’s in the booster packs.
