
The highly anticipated Delta Force has now landed on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Although gamers were eager for the free-to-play shooter, there’s a key feature missing from the console versions that has raised some concerns among fans. Specifically, while Black Hawk Down – Delta Force’s campaign mode – allows players to choose between solo play or cooperative play on PC, this option appears to be absent in the console version as of now.
Engaging the game mode solely through console reveals a lone combat option for players. Exploring the game’s community on Steam and Discord uncovers numerous conversations about this topic. Regrettably, neither the developers, Team Jade, nor the publishers, TiMi Studio Group, have issued any public statements regarding it.
Three months ago, they promised crossplay and a co-op campaign for consoles in our Discord community. Now, it feels like they led us on – just another broken promise as a gamer.
In an effort to get more information, we’ve contacted both the developers and publishers of Delta Force regarding the absence of the cooperative play option. If we receive any updates, they will be included in this report.
