In the game, items called Ningi serve as tools or skills that enable Joe Musashi to access otherwise inaccessible locations. If you find yourself unable to retrieve a chest concealed behind a shimmering wall, or if you can’t leap over a large chasm with air dashes and double jumps, then acquiring the appropriate Ningi is an absolute necessity. All Ningi in Shinobi: Art of Vengeance
In the game, there are seven unique characters known as Ningi, each with distinct roles. Two of these characters become available even before completing the tutorial level, while the remaining five are hidden throughout the various levels of Shinobi. Glider | The Desert | Unfurl a glider that slows down your descent. Can be used to travel through air currents. |
As a savvy gamer, I’ve discovered some nifty moves to add flair to my combat: Cannon Punch and Sword Dive. When locking horns with armored foes, Cannon Punch comes in handy, while Sword Dive is a lifesaver when tackling enemies with hefty health pools.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve discovered that armored foes can be quite tough since they’re immune to regular attacks and their armor bars tend to heal if not shattered. However, when it comes to adversaries boasting high health, focusing on filling up their Execution Gauge proves to be more effective. To tip the scales in my favor, I’ve learned to strategically utilize Ningi alongside Combat Moves and other abilities, which grants me a significant edge in battle.
When exploring zones, consider which Ningi to obtain first, but remember that you may require multiple Ningis to unlock secrets from earlier levels. We highly recommend waiting before replaying any mission until you acquire Sword Dive at the Submarine Base, as many secrets are hidden behind Yokai floor barriers and can only be accessed with this ability.
