As a passionate gamer, I’m absolutely thrilled about Lost Soul Aside! This game provides an impressive arsenal of weapons for players to explore and personalize their playstyle with. What sets it apart is the variety of weapon types, which adds a fresh twist to gameplay. While certain weapons may outshine others due to their base stats, the ability to upgrade specific weapons offers a strategic edge to enhance your favorites or ensure they stay competitive for extended periods.
As a passionate player, I’m thrilled to share some insights on customizing our weapons! Weapons can be enhanced using an array of accessories that offer varying effects, boosting the power of your arsenal. Here’s a step-by-step guide on upgrading your weapons with these accessories, along with details about Morphing and altering the appearance of your weapons.
Let’s dive in!
How to Upgrade Weapons in Lost Soul Aside
Improving your weapons involves attaching weapon enhancements that increase its performance according to the accessories you select. You can do this at any time in the main menu’s equipment section. Simply choose the weapon you want to upgrade, then hit the “Weapon Customization” button, which is marked as Triangle on PlayStation systems.
- Every weapon has six weapon accessory slots.
- Accessories can only be equipped on one weapon at a time.

In the Weapon Customization menu, pick any empty attachment spot to display a list of your current weapon attachments. Choose an attachment and it will be applied to your weapon, allowing you to adjust its placement on the weapon by moving, flipping, rotating, or resizing it to fit perfectly. Once an attachment is added to a weapon, the benefits from that accessory will be reflected in the updated weapon statistics.
These accessories can be seen in-game on your weapon, changing its appearance.
How to Get Weapon Accessories in Lost Soul Aside

Throughout the game, you’ll encounter numerous weapon enhancements to gather, with the ability to store hundreds at once in your inventory. These enhancements are primarily obtained through opening loot chests, defeating bosses, and engaging with certain unique enemies. Initially, the game will only provide a few enhancements during the first few hours of play, but as you progress, you’ll start amassing an increasing number, offering numerous ways to tailor your weapon and character build according to your preferred style.
How to Change Weapon Appearance in Lost Soul Aside (Morph)

With Liana, one of her options is to Alter the aesthetics of your weapon, which we call “Morphing.” This feature allows you to apply the skin or appearance of one weapon onto another. By doing this, you can enjoy the stats of a particular weapon while showcasing a different weapon’s look that appeals to you more. It’s important to note that Morphing is cosmetic and not permanent – the changes will stay until you choose to reverse them in the Morph menu. Additionally, you can only morph weapons that you currently possess, and acquiring a new weapon will automatically add it to your Morph options.
