Shiba Inu Lead Developer Plans To Follow In SHIB Founder’s Footsteps, Here’s How

As a long-term crypto investor with experience in following various projects, I’ve learned that the identity and leadership of a project can significantly impact its success and longevity. In the case of Shiba Inu, the anonymity of its founders, Ryoshi and now Shytoshi Kusama, has been a topic of intrigue for many in the community.

The true identities of the Shiba Inu project’s leaders, including its anonymous founder Ryoshi and current Lead Developer Shytoshi Kusama, have remained undisclosed since the project’s inception. Following Ryoshi’s departure from both the project and public attention, Kusama assumed control. However, a recent announcement suggests that Kusama may soon depart from the project as well.

Shiba Inu Lead Developer Could Exit The Project

The lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, announced in a statement that his tenure leading the Shiba Inu ecosystem won’t last forever. He made this disclosure while unveiling the latest plans for the project’s community.

Primarily, the Shiba Inu team intends to travel to various destinations, beginning with Kyoto, Japan, which hosted their initial community gathering. Dubbed the “Treat Yourself” tour in reference to the impending TREAT token debut, this journey will involve visits to numerous locations for the purpose of engaging with the community.

Among the numerous projects the team is working on to bring Ryoshi’s vision for the Shiba Inu ecosystem to fruition, this tour stands out as one of them. Another exciting advancement includes the implementation of fully homomorphic encryption capabilities for all SHIB holders, made possible through the sophisticated Zama AI encryption system.

Furthermore, the team is intending to organize their own conference named “SHIBACON 2024.” Based on the declaration, this event will take place in Thailand and will mark the conclusion of the “Treat Yourself” tour in 2024. Notably, it is anticipated to occur around the same time as DevCon.

After finishing this task, Shytoshi Kusama discloses that it would signify his eventual departure from the public eye, similar to how founder Ryoshi stepped back. This move is crucial for Shiba Inu to evolve into a self-governing, autonomous community as intended by SHIB‘s creator.

How Ryoshi Left The Space

The enigmatic creator of Shiba Inu, identified as Ryoshi, has skillfully maintained his anonymity amidst the skyrocketing fame of the meme coin initiative. To strengthen this veil of secrecy, Ryoshi erased all vestiges of his past from former Twitter and Medium accounts.

After that point, Ryoshi became absent from the community without a trace, allowing Shytoshi Kusama to assume control of the project. Prior to his departure, Ryoshi had dropped subtle hints, remarking, “I hold little significance, and I may vanish unexpectedly. Carry on with SHIBA and strive for progress, friends.”

It’s intriguing to note that this vanishing act bears resemblance to Satoshi Nakamoto, the cryptocurrency pioneer, who was initially involved following Bitcoin‘s debut in 2010. However, a year later, Nakamoto’s presence became non-existent and no further communication has been received since then.
