When you enter a large chamber, make your way to the nearby staircase and proceed southwest through the wreckage that lies beneath. After reaching the new level, turn right and descend the ladder. Press the lever and climb up the now-lowered ladder. Travel along the pipe until the second red lava foe emerges. Quickly hop onto the adjacent pathway on your right. Ascend the stairs and engage with the furnace to obtain your initial Ancient Dragon Forging Stone, as well as an Anvil Hammer.

Second Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Location

To obtain the second Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, make your way to the Pillar Path Waypoint Site of Grace. Once there, face south and find the large tower in the distance. Instead of turning left, continue straight and enter the cave to your left.

When you arrive at an expansive space, make your way up the stairs. At the top, prepare to face the Magnum Wyrm, a formidable foe. Overcoming this adversary will earn you the privilege of claiming the third Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone as a reward.

Fourth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Location

To locate the fourth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, make your way to the “Ruins of Starfall Forge,” which is a previous Site of Grace with a fast travel point. Once there, go south. In the room you’ll encounter, pull the lever on the opposite side to unlock the eastern gate. Proceed through the newly accessible path and take a right turn. Keep moving forward until you reach a red enemy at the end of your path. Then, climb the ladder on your right side.

From there, trek up the rocky path to the south. Descend the hill and head east towards a rift hidden between two colossal mountains. Two dragons will be dueling in front of you; you can either bravely charge through them or tactically circumnavigate the battle and reach the rift behind them.

As a seasoned adventurer with years of experience under my belt, I’d advise you to stick to the straightforward route and utilize both Spirit Springs for an upward ascent. Once you reach the junction, take the right passageway leading up the incline. Be cautious, my dear friend, as you may encounter two colossal boulders careening down the path. Fear not, as long as you remain alert and nimble-footed. Atop the hill, make a left turn and press onward up the mountain. The Ancient Dragon Senessax awaits you at the summit, a formidable foe to be sure. Overcome this boss in battle, and the fifth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone shall be yours, along with other valuable rewards. Trust me, it’ll be worth the effort.

Sixth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Location

After defeating Ancient Dragon Senessax and obtaining the fifth Smithing Stone, continue north through the tunnel to reach the Jagged Peak Mountainside Site of Grace. Then, travel southwest and utilize the Spirit Spring to climb higher, where you will discover the sixth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

Make your way through the southwesterly route over rough terrain, then take a left at the fork in the path. You’ll eventually reach another Spirit Spring there. Use it as a landmark to guide you towards an area filled with slain dragons. Once you arrive, continue traveling due east until you find the sixth stone, which is situated near some Skeletal Slimes adversaries.

Seventh & Eighth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Locations

Two Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones remain, hidden in Taylew’s Desolate Forge, situated to the north within the Land of Shadows. To access this forge, travel north from the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace.

Seventh Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone

At the ruined forge of Taylew, begin by walking straight from the balcony. Once you’ve reached that point, turn left and walk along the path, careful not to encounter the red enemy. Descend the ladder when you come across it. Continue in a straight line and leap over the gap that follows. Next, climb onto the large pipe on your right and ascend all the way up. Jump to the left balcony once you reach the top. Here, defeat the two Golem Smiths or, if you’d rather avoid them, head directly to the western corner of the balcony to collect the second-to-last Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone without encountering enemies.

Eighth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone

To obtain the last Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, go back to the big pipe once you have collected stone number seven. Leap onto the right balcony that appears. Continue moving forward until you meet Golem Blacksmiths. Jump down from there to the eastern balcony. Enter the hidden passage to the east and ascend the concealed ladder. Make your way up the staircase and pull the lever located at the room’s end.
