Over the years, the *Naruto* and *Boruto* universes have showcased many incredible ninja techniques, or Jutsu. The original series by Kishimoto featured immense powers like the Mangekyo Sharingan and the Rinnegan, including abilities like Chibaku Tensei. However, very few Jutsu could truly be considered overwhelmingly powerful, and the Infinite Tsukuyomi is one of them.

Appearing late in the *Naruto* series, this incredibly powerful Jutsu was limited to only the most skilled ninja, requiring tools like the Rinne Sharingan. For a long time, it was considered the strongest Jutsu in the entire *Naruto* world. But surprisingly, a new Jutsu called Omnipotence has now surpassed even Infinite Tsukuyomi, and it truly embodies the power of a god within the *Boruto* series.

Infinite Tsukuyomi Was The Strongest Naruto Jutsu

The Infinite Tsukuyomi is a powerful technique created and used by Kaguya Otsutsuki. As the first member of the Otsutsuki clan to arrive on Earth (along with Isshiki), she ultimately betrayed him and consumed the chakra fruit. This unlocked her Rinne Sharingan, granting her abilities like the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

The Infinite Tsukuyomi is a powerful technique that traps everyone in a never-ending dream world. While dreaming, their real bodies are connected to the God Tree and covered in a bandage-like substance. Once caught in this dream, escape is impossible unless the technique is canceled or the user is defeated. Over time, those trapped are gradually transformed into White Zetsu, which was the original goal of the person who created it.

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Madara Uchiha unleashed the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He was then manipulated into becoming a host for Kaguya’s revival. Ultimately, Team 7 worked together to break the jutsu, bringing the war to a close.

Omnipotence From Boruto Is Even Stronger Than Infinite Tsukuyomi

Omnipotence Holds The Power To Create or Destroy A World

Although Infinite Tsukuyomi is an incredibly powerful technique, Boruto introduces an even stronger one called Omnipotence. It might seem simple at first glance, but Omnipotence has devastating power. Eida explains that it essentially makes a person’s greatest wish come true.

Eida, driven by a need for affection, unintentionally used her Jutsu to charm everyone around her. She also fulfilled Kawaki’s hidden wishes, which resulted in a world-altering change: everyone’s memories were rewritten to believe Boruto and Kawaki had switched places. This is incredibly powerful, but it still doesn’t represent the full extent of her Omnipotence.

The True Power Of Omnipotence Is Far Greater

Eida explained what she believes Omnipotence can do, but its full capabilities are actually much larger. Boruto learned the true extent of this power directly from Momoshiki Otsutsuki, who described it as a power beyond even other godly abilities. He explained that Omnipotence can be used to essentially program and build an entire world, and that God used it to create everything that exists – it’s the ultimate power of creation. In every way, this ability surpasses even the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Boruto began as a continuation of the popular Naruto series, and it’s faced challenges living up to its predecessor. However, Boruto is now truly stepping into his own as a main character.
