I’ve been following Jujutsu Kaisen closely ever since its inception, and I must admit that the recent turn of events has left me utterly astounded. As a long-time fan of this manga, I’ve grown fond of the characters, especially Yuta Okkotsu. His journey from a timid boy to a powerful sorcerer with an indomitable spirit was truly inspiring.

I’m thoroughly engrossed in Jujutsu Kaisen, and the current phase of this captivating series has me on the edge of my seat. We fans are aware that the manga is nearing its conclusion, but oh boy, was the recent showdown between Yuta Okkotsu and Sukuna a doozy!

The epic clash between Unlimited Void and Malevolent Shrine has once more taken place, leaving fans on the edge of their seats in eager anticipation. Yet, this thrilling battle has now reached its conclusion, and spectators are left breathless as we approach the moment when Yuta’s destiny will be disclosed.

Yuta Vs Sukuna Round 2

Yuta Took On Sukuna Using Gojo’s Body

As a long-time fan of this intricately woven manga series, I must admit that the moment Gojo’s body appeared on the battlefield once more left me utterly speechless. It was an unexpected turn of events for all of us readers, and a pivotal moment not just for fans but also for Sukuna himself. Many of us couldn’t fathom how Gojo could have possibly made it back to the scene, leading some to speculate that he had somehow come back to life in an otherworldly manner.

Fans eagerly anticipated an exhilarating face-off between Yuta and Sukuna, and their battle did not disappoint. Yuta skillfully manipulated his domain’s size, shrinking it to the dimension of a basketball, mimicking Gojo’s technique. This move aimed to fortify Unlimited Void’s boundary against Malevolent Shrine’s assault. In response, Sukuna contracted the range of his malevolent Shrine to intensify the impact of his external strikes. Yuta aimed to strengthen Unlimited Void from the outside and inflict damage on Sukuna, potentially rendering him unable to sustain Malevolent Shrine. Conversely, Sukuna focused on relentlessly assaulting Unlimited Void’s barrier from the outside, eventually expanding his domain to a destructive scale, eliminating everyone in one devastating blow.

Yuta’s Cursed Technique Exhaustion

Yuta Made Use Of His Cursed Technique But Ran Out Of Time

The clash between Yuta and Sukuna was certain to be an exhilarating spectacle from the start, and it lived up to expectations in every way. They squared off against each other in close-quarters combat, with both managing to take turns dominating the fight. However, as the battle wore on, it became evident that Yuta was ill-prepared for Gojo’s body and methods. Gojo is a formidable force, while Yuta was merely occupying his body. The disparity in experience and ability between the two was glaringly obvious, which ultimately gave Sukuna the edge. If the battle had continued in this fashion, Yuta would have been defeated, and the Malevolent Shrine would have wiped out everyone present.

Despite only having Yuta’s body as his physical ally in the fight, Gojo cleverly employed other strategies. He utilized a transmitter to relay Inumaki’s voice to Sukuna. With Inumaki giving the command, Sukuna was immobilized, proving to be an effective maneuver. The audience was then treated to Yuta readying and unleashing his formidable Hollow Purple attack against Sukuna.

In chapter 263 of JJK, fans could tell that Sukuna was hit, yet Gojo’s Hollow Purple attack didn’t pack enough punch to kill him. Instead, it left Sukuna still alive and kicking.

Despite shattering Malevolent Shrine and the Unlimited Void’s barrier, Yuta and Sukuna emerged from the domain. Yuta had taken severe burns during the fight, while Sukuna momentarily lost his cursed technique capability, giving Yuta an advantage. However, as Yuta prepared to team up with Yuji and Todo for a relentless assault against Sukuna using Purple, he suddenly collapsed on the battlefield instead. This surprising turn of events left fans in disbelief, as they believed Yuta could last at least five minutes due to his Copy technique with Rika being fully manifested. Sadly, the enormous amounts of cursed energy expended likely caused Yuta’s technique to drain faster than anticipated, resulting in his unexpected collapse.

What Will Happen To Yuta Okkotsu Now?

According to Yuta Okkotsu himself, I’ve lost the ability to fully manifest Rika and use Kenjaku’s Body Hopping cursed technique due to excess cursed energy emanating from me. This unfortunate turn of events means I can no longer utilize the copied technique effectively. It seems my journey with this power has reached its conclusion. However, as a devoted fan, I’m eagerly anticipating what new challenges and developments await Yuta in the story.

Interestly enough, Yuta has a viable option in this predicament. Basically, there are only two outcomes: either Yuta succumbs to a prolonged death in this form, or he finds a means of salvation. Considering that the author has previously killed off several characters, it’s unlikely that Yuta will perish here. This is mainly because Yuta is a budding sorcerer who plays a significant role in the series and is expected to be its primary face, particularly towards the end. Consequently, readers may want to consider the probability of Yuta surviving rather than dying. However, this scenario must still make logical sense, and JJK chapter 263 presented an excellent opportunity for this to unfold.

Previously, fans witnessed Angel being called forth by Todo through his Boogie Woogie. In response, Angel activated Jacob’s Ladder at full capacity, aiming to vanquish Sukuna and compel him to merge at the very least. Notably, this power move brings significant advantages for Yuta as well. Presently, his spirit resides within Gojo’s body, which houses two souls. Although they remain distinct, both entities coexist. With Jacob’s Ladder, Yuta’s soul can be liberated from Gojo’s body, thus enabling him to regain control of his own body or even pass away.

I’m thrilled about the possibility that Yuta can regain control of his own body through Jacob’s Ladder. This development could bring Gojo back into the fray as well, creating an exhilarating turn of events for both characters. With Yuta’s body back, his cursed energy would be restored too. The chance for their respective returns is an intriguing prospect, and I can’t wait to see how the author explores this storyline further.

As a huge fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I’m thrilled to share that we have the opportunity to read this amazing series officially and for free! Viz Media makes it possible for us to access JJK through both Shonen Jump and Manga Plus apps. And here’s some fantastic news: chapter 264 of Jujutsu Kaisen is scheduled for release on July 28, 2024. Can’t wait any longer to dive back into the world of Jujutsu Kaisen!
