During the God Valley Incident, many powerful Devil Fruits were available as prizes. We currently know about two of them, and one is the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu – considered one of the strongest Devil Fruits in the series. As a Mythical Zoan type, this fruit lets the user transform into a huge, incredibly strong dragon. The dragon’s scales are nearly indestructible, resisting even most powerful Haki attacks.

I’ve heard the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu is a seriously sought-after Devil Fruit, and it’s easy to see why. It gives the user incredible powers – things like breathing fire and flying! The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, at its core, gives the user the ability to repel objects and forces. While it appears simple, its true power lies in the wide range of things that *can* be repelled. Beyond just blocking attacks, this fruit is remarkably versatile. Kuma, for instance, can repel abstract things like pain and memories from others. He can also send people and objects to locations he’s previously visited.

Considering all of this, it’s easy to understand why this Devil Fruit was such a prized treasure in the Native Hunting Competition. Similar to the Uo Uo no Mi, Ivankov and Kuma stole the chest containing it. However, before Big Mom could retrieve it, Kuma ate the fruit, gaining incredible abilities and ultimately saving those present.

When the God Valley Incident was first introduced – through brief glimpses or simple references – fans thought there were only 6 special Devil Fruits involved, as that’s how many chests were shown on the altar. But recent chapters focusing on the Elbaf flashback have revealed that there were actually 9 chests, meaning there were more powerful Devil Fruits present at God Valley than originally believed.
Fans have been speculating for a while about what these items might be, suggesting they could include both well-known and completely new fruits. Many believe that powerful fruits like the Yami Yami no Mi, Gomu Gomu no Mi, and the fruit belonging to Loki were once held as prizes. A recent idea is that the fruit allowing Monkey D. Dragon to control the wind may have been among them as well.
