In *Dying Light: The Beast*, Kyle Crane has access to strong weapons to help him fight off zombies, and the Sawblade Launcher is one of the best. Players can actually get this powerful weapon relatively early in the game, but it requires venturing into a more dangerous, higher-level area. You’ll find the blueprint for the Sawblade Launcher on top of the Silos safe zone, so be ready for some climbing!

How to Find & Climb the Silos in Dying Light: The Beast

In Dying Light: The Beast, you can find the Sawblade Launcher by first going to and climbing the Silos Safe Zone. The Silos are located in the Pembroke area, on the far eastern side of the map.

Okay, so once you get to the area, you’ll immediately see a truck parked right next to the Silos – that’s where you start climbing! You’ll need to grab that steel beam and use it to swing over to the right. Then, look for the metal frame on the outside of the Silos and climb that up to reach the metal catwalk on the right side. It’s a pretty straightforward start, honestly!

Next, swing across to the red pipe using the lamp post. Continue jumping between the red pipes until you reach two more lamp posts. This will lead you to a catwalk. Jump off the catwalk to swing to another lamp post, and then grab the rope to get to the second level of the Silos.

Once you get to the second walkway in the Silos, lower yourself down using the folding ladder. This creates a shortcut, letting you quickly return to the second level and avoid the first set of climbing challenges.

Keep going straight on the walkway ahead and follow the steel beam until you see a rope on your right. Grab the rope by jumping for it, then grab the red pipe to climb to the top of the Silos.

Next, you need to get the power back on in the Silos Safe Zone. There are a lot of zombies around, so you can either fight them or run past them to reach the electrical box. Once you’re on top of the Silos, connect the cable to the electrical box, then use the second ladder to climb down and connect the wire to the box below.

Restoring power to the Silos Safe Zone in *Dying Light: The Beast* will allow players to enter and obtain the Sawblade Launcher blueprint.

Sawblade Launcher Location & How to Craft it in Dying Light: The Beast

Okay, so in Silos, you’ll want to find a wooden crate right next to some electrical boxes. It’s blocking a vent that leads into the safe area. Just smash the crate, and you can crawl through the vent to get inside!

You can find the blueprint for the Sawblade Launcher on the workbench, along with other items you need to craft with.

Players will need the following resources to craft the Sawblade Launcher in Dying Light: The Beast.

  • 10x Blades
  • 3x Batteries
  • 1x Gun Parts
