I’ve watched Pokimane stream for years now, and her charm, humor, and gaming skills have always made for entertaining content. However, this level of bidding is beyond anything I’ve ever seen before in the streaming community.

Imane “Pokimane” Anys, a popular Twitch streamer, had an astounding bid of over $30,000 placed during a charity auction she chose to participate in. This generous offer allowed the winning bidder a unique opportunity to play video games with her.

CDawgVA, also known as Connor Marc Colquhoun, ran an auction to help the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF). He had previously raised funds for this cause. Notably, he gained Pokimane’s assistance for this event. Pokimane, a prominent Twitch streamer with over 9.3 million followers on Amazon’s platform, agreed to contribute. One of the auction items was a chance to play games with her.

Pokimane Gaming Session Prompts Multiple $30,000+ Charity Bids

I’ve been absolutely blown away by the excitement surrounding the chance to game with Pokimane! The bids on Tiltify have poured in, reaching over 120 as of July 17th. The highest bid currently stands at an impressive $30,200, with another generous offer close behind at $30,000. A handful of dedicated fans have even made five-figure bids since the charity auction began on July 15th.

I was surprised to discover that among the many bids on Pokimane’s charity auction were several six-digit figures, which, considering the context, seemed more like jokes than genuine offers. The highest of these bids reached half a million dollars and was allegedly placed by FaZe Lacy. While Tiltify lets users choose any public name they prefer, it’s worth noting that Nick “Lacy” Fosco, a new member of the Faze Clan, publicly asked Pokimane to double-check the bid. Several other members of the clan sent identical tweets. However, all of these six-digit bids have since been removed from the auction page by July 17, suggesting that they weren’t serious commitments after all.

Despite Pokimane’s gaming session holding the highest bid at CDawgVA’s auction, it outvalues the $15,000 pledge for a signed Elden Ring poster from Hidetaka Miyazaki during this charitable event by more than double.
