As a long-time fan of Bethesda games and a proud member of the Starfield community, I have to admit that I was initially disappointed with the barren Earth in the base game. The lack of detail and life on our home planet felt like a missed opportunity for exploration and immersion. However, the recent release of the “Earth Restored” mod by AinsyMods has completely transformed my experience.

A newly created Starfield mod has recently become available, bringing an abundance of fresh content to Earth in the game. This addition tackles a frequent criticism from the player community regarding the title. The Starfield modding scene continues to astound with its ability to enhance certain aspects of the game that were previously lacking.

When Bethesda revealed their plans for a space RPG named “Starfield,” some players questioned if Earth could be explored. Upon launching the game, players were given the ability to travel to Earth. However, the revelation left many feeling underwhelmed as they discovered a desolate and empty planet, featuring only a few familiar landmarks amidst extensive destruction. The unexplained survival of these landmarks sparked confusion among players, leaving Earth feeling like a significant letdown overall.

An intriguing Starfield mod even brings humans back to Earth, but that’s just a small part of the larger transformation taking place. With immense potential, it’s clear that Starfield will continue to benefit from the dedication and innovation of its modding community for years to come.

Bethesda is expected to drop the Shattered Space DLC for Starfield later in the year, leaving us curious about whether they can keep enhancing the game and win back critics who weren’t impressed at launch.
