Okay, so when I took Hinako back to the Dark Shrine in Silent Hill f, things got interesting. After wandering through those creepy Corridors trying to reach the sacred door, I found this little altar tucked away in one of the rooms. Once I checked it out, my objective changed – I had to find a missing piece to put *on* the altar. That meant more exploring to find the right object and unlock the path forward through the Corridors.

Where to Find the Missing Object Part in Silent Hill f (Location)

Chapter three of *Silent Hill f*, called Corridors, begins with a search for a missing piece of the altar. You’ll find the altar in a room right next to the first Hokora shrine within the Corridors area.

The item is kept inside a cabinet featuring a round plate and lit candles. The altar has an empty space in the center, suggesting an object needs to be placed there, potentially to trigger a secret mechanism.

To find the missing item, you first need to get the Storage Room key. You can do this by leaving the room with the altar and looking for a small space to crawl through on the right – it’s the same path you took to reach the first Hokora Shrine.

The Storage Room key is on one of the wooden crates just to the left, before you reach the doorway. You can also save your progress at the shrine outside if you like.

Now, head to the storage room you just got the key for. Leave this room and continue following the path to the right until you see a locked door on your left.

Use the Storage Room key to get inside, then go to the back. You’ll find a wooden chest with a doll on top – examine it to read a message. Be sure to also grab the “A Warning” note while you’re there.

Once you leave the storage room, you’ll see that the room across the hall is now unlocked. Hinako will mention it, but you can safely go inside.

Once you enter the room, you’ll discover the missing piece for the Inari Sculpture, which is needed for the altar in Silent Hill f. Then, head back to the altar, being careful to avoid any enemies that may have appeared along the way.

When you get to the altar, place the Inari Sculpture on it. This will open a secret passage, letting you continue through the Corridors chapter and find the Naginata weapon in *Silent Hill f*.
