Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is letting Boruto Uzumaki recover after his tough fight with Jura in the Land of the Wind. I can tell he’s still not quite strong enough to beat the main villain, but we all know he’s going to get there. After all, he *is* Naruto’s son, and he’s shown he has incredible potential in Boruto. He’s definitely one of the most powerful characters with a lot of room to grow.

It’s much harder than it sounds for Boruto to become stronger. Although he quickly gained a lot of power, his opponent has abilities that are almost divine.
