By fusing extra Digimon with your main Digimon, you increase its power, stats, level, and overall potential. This allows you to maximize your Partner Digimon’s strength, which is often necessary to unlock the most powerful evolutions in the game. Here’s how to use the Load Enhancement feature:

1. Open the Digivice Menu (X on Pc, Triangle on PS, Y on Xbox).
2. Rotate to the Digimon Tab and select it.
3. Scroll down to ‘Load Enhancement.’
4. Select the Digimon to reinforce.
5. Now, in the new menu, select the Digimon used as ‘sacrifice.’
6. The selected Digimon will be lost, and the first Digimon will be reinforced.

Each stage of Digimon evolution has a level cap of 99. Raising a Digimon through each stage to level 99 will likely result in a stronger evolved form. Digimon have different natural strengths, and even the same Digimon can have varying levels of potential.

The stronger a Digimon is – meaning the higher its Stage and Level/Talent – the more it will boost the core Digimon you’re trying to strengthen.
