You might not expect to see Star Wars in Battlefield 6, but a recent video demonstrates just how easily the game’s Portal features can be used to build Star Wars’ iconic Star Destroyers and fill the skies with them.
Battlefield 6 is inspiring a lot of creativity from its players! Shortly after the game came out, people started recreating maps from classic Call of Duty games. But some players are taking it even further – they’re building massive structures like Star Destroyers, showing just how imaginative the game’s building tools can be.
People Are Making Star Destroyers in Battlefield 6 Portal Mode
You probably recognize the massive Star Destroyers from Star Wars, even if you haven’t seen the movies. These huge ships are built for one main reason: to control territory in space.
Star Destroyers have been iconic in Star Wars and recently appeared in Fortnite. Now, thanks to information shared by Matavatar, it looks like these massive ships are coming to Battlefield 6.
The video demonstrates how to build a Star Destroyer using simple building tools within Battlefield 6’s Portal mode. It fits well with the creative spirit of Portal, but it’s currently unclear if this user-created content will be allowed to stay in the game.
Disney is well-known for strictly protecting its copyrights and licenses, and this situation might fall into that category. Hopefully, it won’t, and we’ll still be able to enjoy custom Star Wars maps in Battlefield!
