When entering a storage room, try jumping and pressing the button repeatedly in the room’s center to uncover a concealed Star Piece. Be careful not to land directly on the wobbly tile, or else the prize will remain hidden.
Mario needs to talk to Dazzle in the underground tunnels of Rogueport to unlock fresh badges using the gathered Star Coins he’s found scattered across the globe, totaling an impressive 100 coins.
To uncover the concealed switch in the room, collaborate with your Madame Flurrie partner first. She’ll be able to eliminate the blue coverings from the left side of the room by utilizing her power on those blocks. Following that, Mario can then employ his hammer attack to shatter the now exposed blocks.
As a seasoned adventurer with years of experience under my belt, I intuitively sense that there’s more to discover in this intriguing room than meets the eye. I approach the collection of blocks with determination and start breaking them one by one. My heart races as I feel closer with each crack, until finally, my experienced eyes land on the blue switch hidden in the top-left corner. I leap enthusiastically onto it, releasing a sense of accomplishment as a hidden staircase creaks to life beneath me.
In combat, the Charge-P emblem boosts the damage your ally deals on their subsequent strike.
1. Climb upstairs, reach the Shine Sprite box, and leverage Yoshi’s jumping ability to move towards the left side of the room. Use Mario’s powerful hammer swing to smash the large yellow block. Remember to collect the HP Plus P badge sitting on the nearby crate before jumping into the hole.
As I move forward, veer towards the right side and you’ll spot a minuscule glowing opening. Curiousity piqued, interact with this small hole to eavesdrop on a fascinating conversation happening below.
Once the scene ends, slip into the nearby grate to return to the main room.
