Having traversed the treacherous paths of Mordor and delved into the depths of Moria, there’s something refreshing about the prospect of returning to the idyllic simplicity of Hobbit life – all without the looming threat of Sauron.
The popular series “The Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolkien has inspired numerous adaptations, including video games. Although there have been some issues with the quality of recent games, successful titles like the Shadow of Mordor series and The Lord of the Rings Online demonstrate the franchise’s lasting appeal. Now, a new game called Tales of the Shire, developed by Private Division and Weta Workshop, is set to join the growing collection of LotR games by focusing on the peaceful life of Hobbits.
