Highlights

  • The August 1 patch for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre brings new modes and fixes to help ensure game balance for all players.

  • The new Museum Mode offers players a chance to explore the Family House with puzzles and horrifying facts about the franchise.

As a seasoned survivor of numerous horrifying encounters, I appreciate the recent updates to the Grandpa Perks in Dead by Daylight. The changes to ‘Nobody Escapes Hell’, making it more challenging for victims at level 2, seems a bit cruel but it adds an extra layer of tension to the game.

The upcoming update for “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre” game is set to launch on August 1 at 8 a.m. EST, bringing several improvements such as adjustments to Perks, a brand-new game mode, and environmental fixes for The Mill area following routine maintenance. To keep the gameplay fair between the Family and Survivors, some adjustments have been made based on recent additions.

In the most significant overhaul for fresh material in “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre”, Hands joined the family and Maria was resurrected as a survivor. Furthermore, the game map expanded to incorporate the new Mill location. Following this, various updates have been made to enhance Perks all around, along with introducing new clothing options available for purchase in the shop.

As a long-time fan of horror games, I’ve seen my fair share of updates and tweaks to characters over the years. The recent patch notes for Grandpa in “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre” game have definitely caught my attention. It seems that the developers are continuously refining his abilities, which I appreciate as it makes the game more balanced and challenging.

In “Museum Mode” for the game “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: Family House,” players will have the opportunity to freely roam and investigate the Family House. This new mode includes puzzles and insights into the series’ history, though specifics about Museum Mode are scarce. It appears that players may come across unsettling facts within this mode, which can be selected from the main menu.

In the game The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, the issues with the Mill Night map’s lighting will be resolved when the update goes live. Instead of being black, the daytime Mill interiors will display the correct textures. Furthermore, the lighting in the Fields area will be adjusted to look more natural. Lastly, Hands’ traps will no longer mysteriously appear in a victim’s inventory after disarming them, as only Hands himself can access his traps.

Starting from August 1st, you’ll find the Cook’s Fill ‘er Up Outfit in our store. Originally planned for July 30th, its release has been slightly delayed. Just like our other outfits, this one will be priced at $2.99.
