The recent update aimed to rectify a problem with the item that wasn’t properly granting the buff on the Light of Miquella, but it seems the developers may have accidentally eliminated all other benefits provided by the Circlet of Light in the process.

Some bugs came along with it as well, as players ran into a strange issue where the final boss in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC was dying automatically. Amid that, fans have discovered a huge change FromSoftware introduced recently which was nowhere mentioned in the patch notes.
In a recent post on the Elden Ring subreddit, user SpliTteR31 points out an essential adjustment made in the most recent update that significantly impacted a crucial item. The fix implemented as part of the 1.13 update for the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC addressed the Circlet of Light, which previously failed to enhance the damage dealt by the Light of Miquella. Following the update, this interaction functioned correctly, but it appears that the item no longer grants a 10% damage buff to the Radagon’s Sword of Light, Radagon’s Incantation Tool, and Radagon’s Sacred Seal.
