Steam Game From 10 Years Ago Gets Sudden Player Count Spike

I stumbled across something really weird lately – a game called Secret of Magia. It originally came out way back in 2015 from a small publisher, Senpai Industrial Studios. They put out a lot of games on Steam back then – like 21 titles in just a couple of years! Being made with RPG Maker, it feels like a classic 2D RPG, which fits with the other games they released. The Steam page says you’re supposed to explore a big world and overthrow this evil dictator, which sounded cool enough to check out. The trailer definitely gave me some retro RPG feels. But honestly, I’m still trying to figure out why this game, which seemed pretty obscure for years, is suddenly getting so popular!
