From my perspective as a dedicated fan, it appears the restriction on my account isn’t a permanent termination, but more like a temporary cool-down for players. This means during this phase, Pokemon won’t show up around me, and the map will be blank, making the game essentially unplayable. The duration of this ban is currently unknown. However, it’s worth mentioning that interacting with Rocket Balloons in Pokémon GO doesn’t seem to trigger this limit, so there’s still room for gameplay interaction.
