Numerous enthusiasts admired the revamped design, labeling it as “awesome” or urging others to follow suit by modifying their own Pokemon SoulSilver game. Yet, not everyone was pleased with the refurbishing process. The player themselves acknowledges in their post that the swapping isn’t flawless. Some people are concerned that it might scratch the cartridge slot on a Nintendo DS, potentially causing damage to the console. However, Supertazon has assured us that they don’t plan on removing the cartridge frequently, so hopefully, there will be no issues with the device.

For both Pokemon enthusiasts and those who aren’t, there’s a certain nostalgic charm attached to gold video game cartridges, especially when used on consoles like the N64 by Nintendo.
