This article contains spoilers from the Solo Leveling manhwa.
So far, Solo Leveling has been a thrilling anime, largely due to Sung Jin-Woo’s incredible journey from a weak hunter to one of the strongest. Fans are really enjoying his story, and each of his powerful victories is incredibly satisfying, making Solo Leveling a standout action and power fantasy anime.
As Jin-Woo grows stronger, fans have also become interested in other characters, especially Cha Hae-In. She’s expected to play a larger part in the story soon, and many believe she will betray someone she’s close to in order to help Sung Jin-Woo. Her actions strongly suggest she has romantic feelings for him.
Cha Hae-In Is Ready to Abandon Choi Jong-In in Solo Leveling Season 3
Cha Hae-In Is Willing to Switch Guilds for Jin-Woo
- Cha Hae-In applies to Jin-Woo’s guild.
- Cha Hae-In doesn’t mind leaving Choi Jong-In for Jin-Woo.
The Hunters Guild is considered the best hunter organization in Korea, led by its strongest member, Choi Jong-In. Working alongside him is Cha Hae-In, known as ‘The Dancer’ and widely recognized as the Vice-Master. She’s a highly valued member of the Guild, boasting an S-rank and incredible fighting skills.
Choi Jong-In’s hunter guild, like others, contracts with strong hunters such as Cha Hae-In to ensure her dedication and utilize her talents. In return, the guild provides her with a high salary and top-of-the-line resources – including weapons, training, and equipment – so she can perform at her best.
Even though leaving the Hunters Guild means giving up status, money, and security, Cha Hae-In is eager to join Sung Jin-Woo’s new guild, Ahjin. She deeply admires and is curious about Jin-Woo, and that’s more important to her than anything the Guild offers, making this a heartfelt and determined decision. However, Jin-Woo finds this sudden eagerness a bit concerning.
Cha Hae-In Wants to Be With Sung Jin-Woo
Cha Hae-In Is Already in Love With Jin-Woo
I’ve been following the hunter world closely, and it’s fascinating! It turns out Cha Hae-In isn’t the only woman who’s wanted to team up with Jin-Woo. Park Hee-Jin from the White Tiger Guild actually tried to recruit him too, but it wasn’t about romance for her. She simply felt incredibly safe having him around! The big difference is that Cha Hae-In seems to want both his protection and has genuinely grown fond of him, which makes her situation a little more complex.
Cha Hae-In is determined to leave the Hunters Guild and join Jin-Woo’s Ahjin Guild, primarily because she wants to be with him. She’s prepared to resign and pay any required fees, fully committing herself to Jin-Woo and the new guild. She’s already made plans for her departure, including preparing to cover any penalties, and is resolute in her decision – not even Choi Jong-In can change her mind.
Why are you going to such lengths to join our guild? —Sung Jin-Woo to Cha Hae-In
With Jin-Woo leading her guild, Cha Hae-In feels much safer and receives more of his attention. Now that she’s an official member, she doesn’t need to create reasons to talk to him, spar, or simply spend time together. It’s also become easier for her to get to know the real Jin-Woo, witness his incredible abilities, and understand the pressures of being Korea’s strongest hunter.
Jin-Woo Still Has the Final Say
Cha Hae-In Isn’t the Third Member of Ahjin Guild
Jin-Woo typically doesn’t raid dungeons with a team. He prefers to go solo because he needs to level up quickly to face tougher enemies. Working with a team would mean splitting the experience points earned, which slows down his progress.
Despite this, Jin-Woo doesn’t want a working hunter to join the Ahjin Guild. He’s happy with Yoo Jin-Ho helping him, but doesn’t need someone like Cha Hae-In as their third and final member. He’s actually searching for a quiet hunter who isn’t very involved in the hunter world, someone who won’t interfere with his work. This is disappointing for Cha Hae-In, but it means she’ll have to find another way to stay connected to Jin-Woo in Solo Leveling.
