While this item isn’t essential for finishing the Elden Ring DLC, some players might overlook it. Elden Ring DLC: Secret Rite Scroll Location
The Secret Rite Scroll is located on the third floor of the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep. First, reach the Storehouse, Fourth Floor site of grace. From there, take the exit on the west side and head up the stairs to the left. Be cautious of the Fire Knight guarding the stairs ahead, as his long-range spell can knock you off the edge.
Once you’ve conquered the Fire Knight or managed to bypass it, you’ll encounter a set of stairs heading downwards towards a chamber. On a table within this room, you’ll discover the Secret Rite Scroll waiting for you.
How to Get to Storehouse, Fourth Floor Site of Grace
If you haven’t accessed the Fourth Floor of the Storehouse yet, which is where grace is located, don’t fret! It involves some searching within the Specimen Storehouse. Start from the First Floor of the Storehouse, where grace is also found. Head north and then turn right to locate a staircase. Once you’ve reached the staircase, turn left to find another set of stairs. Ascend these steps, followed by the next set of stairs to eventually reach a spot where a Fire Knight stands overlooking the ground floor from a balcony.
From the location of the Fire Knight, proceed southwards. You’ll come across a suspended statue with its legs almost grazing a wooden platform. Ascend the statue, sprint towards its top, and leap onto the wooden balcony above. This balcony leads to the Storehouse, specifically the Fourth Floor where you can find a site of grace.
What to do with the Secret Rite Scroll in Elden Ring DLC
After retrieving the Secret Rite Scroll, look for Sir Ansbach. He should be on the first floor of the Specimen Storehouse if he’s there. If not, seek him out near the Main Gate Cross site of grace in Gravesite Plain. To reach him, head north from the Storehouse First Floor site of grace. You’ll find Sir Ansbach in a room there.
As a curious gamer, I approach Sir Ansbach and engage him in conversation, carefully selecting the dialogue option that allows me to pass over the Secret Rite Scroll. Intrigued, he accepts it, and then proceeds to spill the beans on Miquella’s intentions for Mohg’s corpse.
