2024 still lies ahead, but the upcoming lineup for the Xbox Game Pass in 2025 is shaping up impressively. The past few years have witnessed Microsoft’s acquisitions reaping substantial benefits for the Xbox Game Pass, guaranteeing prestigious day one releases for the subscription service. Last year, the open-world sci-fi RPG from Bethesda, titled Starfield, was added to the roster, and this year, highly anticipated titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl are due.
2024 is shaping up to be an exceptional year for Xbox Game Pass, with confirmed releases alone making it noteworthy, and more surprises on the horizon for subscribers. However, it seems that 2025 might even outshine 2024 if the announced Game Pass games for next year don’t face any delays.
As of now, 12 games have been announced for Xbox Game Pass in the year 2025. At the moment, only one of these games, “Avowed”, has a confirmed release date – it will be available on February 18, 2025. The other games set to join Xbox Game Pass in 2025 include “Atomfall”, “Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector”, “Descenders Next”, “Doom: The Dark Ages”, “Expedition 33”, “Fable”, “Mixtape”, “Sleight of Hand”, “South of Midnight”, “Winter Burrow”, and “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers”.
