This article contains spoilers from My Hero Academia chapter 430.

Recently, the final chapter of “My Hero Academia” aired, and it can be asserted that this installment was among the most touching ones for viewers to experience throughout the narrative. However, it’s important to acknowledge that not every story, including “My Hero Academia,” has the ideal conclusion that some fans might have hoped for. It’s challenging for stories to wrap up in a way that satisfies everyone.

As an ardent fan, let me affirm that “My Hero Academia” stands out as an extraordinary tale, one that will undoubtedly echo through generations. The lead character, Izuku Midoriya, is unwaveringly committed to his heroic journey, persisting even when he may lose his unique ability. Remarkably, this protagonist’s final strength as a Hero is a captivating discussion point among us fans, given his recent apparent power enhancement.

My Hero Academia: Deku's End Of Series Strength, Explained

The climactic battle in the series My Hero Academia saw Izuku Midoriya losing his special power, or Quirk, which came as a shock to many viewers who anticipated he would keep this ability until the end. This was surprising given that Izuku worked tirelessly to master this power, enduring grueling training and grave injuries in the process. Regrettably, he was forced to relinquish his Quirk during the confrontation with Shigaraki, effectively losing it forever. Despite retaining the remnants of One For All within him for quite some time, fans expected Izuku to retain this power until the very end, leaving the story’s conclusion uncertain. However, as confirmed in chapter 430 of My Hero Academia, things did not unfold as anticipated.

Goodbye, One For All! – Izuku Midoriya

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but feel a pang of sadness when I reflect on the fact that Deku has officially lost all traces of One For All. The embers, once a symbol of his extraordinary potential, were confirmed to have completely burnt out. By the time he graduated, those embers were gone forever, leaving Izuku without a Quirk once more. It’s heartbreaking for us fans, especially those who dreamt of seeing him continue his heroic journey with this incredible power.

My Hero Academia: Deku's End Of Series Strength, Explained

As a long-time fan of the anime series “My Hero Academia,” I have always been captivated by Izuku Midoriya’s journey towards becoming a hero. However, in the aftermath of his encounter with All For One, it seemed like all hope was lost for our young protagonist as he faced the reality that he could no longer be a hero and was isolated from everyone else. The thought of this ending being unfortunate is an understatement, but the author cleverly flipped Izuku’s fate on its head with a major power-up that breathed new life into his story.

Deku’s New Suit And Its Powers

  • Armor Gifted By All Might
  • Armor Funded By Friends

In the finale of My Hero Academia, Izuku Midoriya underwent a significant power enhancement that left fans wondering if he would remain Quirkless since his embers had extinguished. However, the author had a different surprise in store for him. Despite spending eight years as a teacher at UA and retiring from hero work, the author desired Izuku to revert to what he does best – saving people. This was made possible due to the bonds he formed during his time at UA and his connection with All Might.

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but marvel at how everything fell into place for our heroes in My Hero Academia. With all necessary requirements met, they embarked on the challenging task of creating an extraordinary suit – a task they mastered flawlessly. It’s safe to assume that countless hours were invested in crafting this masterpiece. By the grand finale, the suit was finally ready for its debut.

At the end of My Hero Academia’s chapter 430, viewers were treated to the sight of Izuku flying through the skies once more, sporting an impressive new suit. The gauntlets on his hands and chest armor were evident, while a flowing cape adorned his neck, underscoring the fact that Izuku had fully recovered.

From what we’ve seen, the capabilities of this suit remain largely unexplored by fans. However, All Might hinted that he was able to utilize multiple Quirks within it. Given this, it can be deduced that Izuku’s powers were integrated into this mechanical exosuit.

How Strong Is Deku At The End Of My Hero Academia?

Izuku Is Up There Competing With The Strongest

In the climax of “My Hero Academia,” I find myself in awe at how far Deku’s strength has escalated. It’s safe to say that his power level will be reminiscent, albeit not identical, to One For All at the end of the conflict. Of course, I understand that he won’t regain the exact power of One For All, but in essence, it’s a capacity that can be replicated. It merely amplifies physical prowess beyond limits, and with the rapid advancements in science during the 8-year time skip, emulating such strength seems more plausible than ever.

In simpler terms, it’s crucial for the storyline that Izuku Midoriya can regain his previous strength level. This is essential because Izuku will be fighting alongside characters like Bakugo, and if he isn’t comparably powerful, he won’t stand out in any unique way. Having the protagonist of the series among the weakest Heroes doesn’t make sense. To compete with characters like Bakugo, Shoto, and Mirio, Izuku needs to match their power levels. This is why the author should enhance Izuku’s strength and equip his mechanical suit with extraordinary capabilities. Abilities such as Blackwhip and Danger Sense should be integrated into his suit, along with others he once possessed like Smoke Screen, Float, etc.

Given his unique skills and the enhanced physical power he gains from the mechanical version of One For All, Izuku could match or even surpass other heroes in strength. His ambition remains to be the greatest hero ever, which means challenging Mirio, currently Japan’s top hero. Overcoming Mirio won’t be simple, but it’s a goal he might achieve sometime in the future. It’s speculative, but there’s a possibility that My Hero Academia could have a sequel – either as a one-shot or a movie – where fans can witness more of Deku utilizing his new abilities.
