In The Outer Worlds 2, each of the four main regions features a unique collection quest. On Paradise, players search for Science Magazines, while on Cloister they hunt down Excogitation Logs. The Praetor region requires players to fix Lightning Towers, and in Golden Ridge, the goal is to recover mural pieces from Tramicular Stations.

Players can discover five murals throughout Outer Worlds 2, which combine to form one complete image. This guide will show you how to begin the mural collection quest, pinpoint the location of each mural, and explain the reward for finding them all.

How to Start The Golden Ridge Collection Quest

Where to Start ‘The Pursuit of the Partite Pentaptych’ in Outer Worlds 2

To begin collecting the murals in the Golden Ridge area of Outer Worlds 2, you just need to find one of the five mural pieces. This collection, called The Pursuit of the Partite Pentaptych, is different from the other three regional collections because it doesn’t have a character who starts the quest for you. It’s connected to the Order of the Ascendant, but you can begin collecting the murals simply by finding a piece.

Once you finish the mission and collect all five mural pieces in Golden Ridge, the quest will automatically be completed.

Where To Find All Murals in Outer Worlds 2

Every Mural Location on Golden Ridge

Outer Worlds 2 Mural Location 1: Alexandra Tram Station

  • Location Notes: Found on the west side of the station below the Landing Pad on Golden Ridge.

Outer Worlds 2 Mural Location 2: Guardian Estates Tram Station

  • Location Notes: Enter the estate proper, then turn left and look for the Tramicular Station sign.

Outer Worlds 2 Mural Location 3: Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium Tram Station

  • Location Notes: In a building to the west of the Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium facility, not in the facility itself.

Outer Worlds 2 Mural Location 4: N-Ray Range Tram Station

  • Location Notes: Enter the N-Ray Range then look for a building on the right to find the ruined Tramicular station here.

Outer Worlds 2 Mural Location 5: Alexandra Monastery Tram Station

  • Location Notes: After you gain entry into the Alexandra Monastery, get to the Orrery (just before the Order Initiate Scavenger Hunt puzzle room), then go south to find the Tram Station here.

What Do You Get For Finding Every Mural in Outer Worlds 2?

While exploring the Outer Worlds 2 and finding murals, you’ll earn a special ability called Art Enthusiast. Unlike other skills, you won’t choose this one from the perk menu when you level up. Instead, you’ll automatically unlock Art Enthusiast after discovering your first mural in Golden Ridge.

The Art Enthusiast perk initially gives you a 2% XP bonus for every enemy defeated by your companion. Finding murals will increase this bonus by 2% per mural, up to a maximum of 10% once you reach rank 5 after completing the quest.

Besides the fully upgraded Art Enthusiast ability and the experience points from finishing the mission, you’ll find a new decoration on the Incognito. Just head onto your ship—or fast travel directly inside—and look above the stairs to your right when you enter the main area.

I was so excited to finish the Golden Ridge mural collection! The best part? I get to show off all five pieces as a trophy on my Incognito! It’s awesome being able to look at the story behind each mural whenever I want – it really adds to the experience.

Okay, so you don’t actually have to run right up to those trophy murals to check them out. I found out you can just go to the balcony across from them and get a good look – way easier!

I’m so excited – I just unlocked the Golden Ridge Murals achievement! It’s worth 15 Gamerscore on Xbox, and if you’re playing on PlayStation, it’s a Bronze trophy. It feels great to add another one to my collection!
