As a seasoned One Piece gamer with countless hours invested in this grand pirate adventure, I’ve seen my fair share of battles and twists. But the recent skirmish between Trafalgar Law and Marshall D. Teach left me absolutely floored!

As a long-time fan of One Piece, I must say that I was absolutely thrilled to finally watch Episode 1115, “The Navy Surprised! The Navy Headquarters’ Former Admiral, Kuzan”. Being someone who has followed the series since its early days, the return of such an iconic character as Kuzan is a moment I’ve been eagerly anticipating for quite some time. So, if you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking out this episode on Crunchyroll to catch up with all the exciting developments in the world of One Piece!

Shortly following their departure from Wano, the Heart Pirates encountered an attack by Blackbeard, one of the most formidable pirates in the world of One Piece. As the Yonko had anticipated, either Luffy, Law, or Kid would be headed to Winner Island, so he merely waited. True to his guess, the Heart Pirates appeared near the island.

As a devoted admirer, I can tell you that the Blackbeard Pirates swiftly moved to assault Law’s submersible without hesitation. Regardless of his valiant efforts, it seemed unavoidable that we would clash head-on, and true enough, a fierce confrontation ensued. Caught in this predicament, Law and his comrades were compelled to drop anchor on Winner Island and prepare for battle.

The Two Worst Generation Members Fight It Out

Blackbeard aimed to seize the Road Poneglyphs belonging to Law. He knew that during the Supernova event, these inscriptions from Kaido’s Road Poneglyph might have been obtained by Law. If successful in defeating Law, Blackbeard would bypass the need for traveling to Wano and locating the Road Poneglyph himself.

A person lacking determination might have given up the rubbing without giving it a second thought. But Trafalgar Law, known for his resistance, would never back down without putting up a fight first. In the initial skirmish, Law managed to strike Blackbeard several times, even causing him to bleed. However, his successes were short-lived as Blackbeard activated the Yami Yami no Mi, a Devil Fruit feared by all. The rest of their battle was left unseen, but it was clear that Blackbeard would likely humiliate Law. The outcome of this fight between two Worst Generation members remained uncertain until Episode 1115 was released.

Bepo Comes To His Captain’s Rescue

Latest One Piece Episode Finally Reveals The Fate Of Trafalgar Law

In episode 1115, it was tragically confirmed that Trafalgar Law had met his downfall. His submarine suffered catastrophic damage at the hands of the Blackbeard Pirates, effectively bringing an end to his pirate career. To add insult to injury, Blackbeard intended to seize Law’s Devil Fruit. He recognized the immense value of the Ope Ope no Mi. Blackbeard found himself in a dilemma: should he sell this powerful Devil Fruit or keep it for personal use. The Yonko understood that the Ope Ope no Mi could bestow eternal youth upon him, making him virtually invincible.

In another scenario, Blackbeard might choose to barter the Devil Fruit, a commodity that used to fetch around 5 billion berries back then. Given inflation, it’s likely the price would have increased significantly, perhaps reaching 6 billion berries now. To acquire this fruit, Blackbeard is prepared to eliminate Law, a task he seems eager to carry out.

Fortunately, Law had a companion who could still get around – it was none other than Mink’s trusted friend, Bepo the polar bear. Being extremely devoted to Law, Bepo was greatly troubled at the thought of Blackbeard harming their captain.

I gotta save him…no matter what! —Bepo

In a desperate situation, Bepo employed a drug invented by Chopper, which granted him access to his Sulong form. This transformation greatly enhanced his strength, enabling him to overpower the Blackbeard Pirates. However, the drug’s effects were fleeting, and Bepo quickly exhausted his energy. He managed to stall long enough to create an opportunity for escape, but he had to act swiftly to get Law off Winner Island. As they swam away together, Law asked Bepo to halt, expressing reluctance to leave his friends behind. Bepo reassured him that their comrades were tough, and would endure no matter what.

What Does This Mean For The Story?

The Blackbeard Pirates Leapfrog Their Rivals

Latest One Piece Episode Finally Reveals The Fate Of Trafalgar Law

As a devoted gamer, I’ve just witnessed the downfall of Law’s crew, which means their dream of acquiring the One Piece is now shattered. After pouring countless hours into our journey, the Heart Pirates are devastated to have missed out on the grandest treasure. But we must find strength in the knowledge that we can rise again and rebuild our ship. Trafalgar Law and his loyal crew may not be central figures in the Final Saga immediately, but there’s always a chance they could reappear in the closing chapters of this epic tale.

While the Straw Hat Pirates and the Red Hair Pirates are also in possession of three Road Poneglyphs each, the Blackbeard Pirates have acquired these valuable artifacts known as Road Poneglyphs, essential for locating Laugh Tale. Currently, they hold a strategic position among the mentioned crews. Interestingly, Captain Blackbeard found a solution to decipher the Poneglyphs by ordering his subordinate, Kuzan, to kidnap Charlotte Pudding from Whole Cake Island. Pudding belongs to the Three-Eye Tribe, members of which can interpret Poneglyphs using their third eye. Last we saw, Pudding hadn’t yet demonstrated this ability. However, it remains uncertain whether she has developed this power since then.

With Law defeated, Blackbeard can make his way back to Hachinosu and continue implementing his strategy. Given his shrewdness, it won’t take him long to move forward with his plans, leaving fans eager to see what the Yonko has in store next. It’s plausible that his next action would be to locate the man bearing a brand who is rumored to possess one Road Poneglyph.
