Each Evergaol tests the player’s ability, placing them in a fight-to-the-death scenario against these formidable foes.

Best Order To Take On The Evergaols

Regarding the Evergaols in Elden Ring, since its design allows for various approaches, and because many players often stumble upon locations differently, we recommend tackling them in the sequence provided for a smoother experience. Here’s the suggested order:

In combat, these enemies are inefficient from a distance. However, if you opt for a close-quarters approach, concentrating on nimble evasive maneuvers and the feint-and-strike tactic will serve you well. Hiding behind your shield is not advisable here as it won’t work effectively.

The reward for successfully completing the Evergaol is Radagon’s Scarseal (a useful Talisman). This Evergaol does require players to have a to enter.

Stormhill Evergaol

However, the turmoil this fight puts you through is worth it, as you’ll get your hands on the Black Knife Tiche Spirit Ashes, which are, in my humble opinion, are only second to the in terms of quality.

Cuckoo’s Evergaol

Cuckoo’s Evergaol can be found just south of The Four Belfries Site of Grace in Liurnia, and players will have to face off against Bols, Carian Knight.

As a seasoned warrior with years of battles under my belt, I can attest that this colossal adversary may appear formidable at first glance, but their sheer size is actually advantageous to me. With their massive stature, they provide an opening for cunning maneuvers – I can slip beneath their legs and strike from behind with reckless abandon. However, it’s crucial to remain agile and vigilant, as they possess the agility to turn swiftly and counterattack. In my experience, if one stays alert and seizes opportunities when they present themselves, victory against even the largest of foes can be achieved.

Keep an eye out for their Greatblade Phalanx attack from afar, since the tracking on those blades is incredibly precise. However, overall, it ranks among the simpler Evergaol battles you might encounter.

Players who excel will subsequently unlock the Greatblade Phalanx spell, a valuable choice particularly suitable for those versed in magic.

Royal Grave Evergaol

As a seasoned adventurer with years of combat under my belt, I can confidently say that the Alabaster Lord, hidden within the Evergaol near Caria Manor in northern Liurnia, is no ordinary foe. This adversary demands a special kind of caution and preparation.

The boss named Alabaster is often perceived as quite formidable due to their powerful Meteorite attack. This can certainly be the case for magic users or those who prefer to keep their distance, as this attack could pose significant challenges for them.

But, the optimal strategy for defeating this boss involves taking advantage of the extended casting duration of their spells, since your proximity makes it highly improbable that they’ll be able to hit you with their meteor attacks.

His slash attack, as well as his Lightning Orb, deserve more recognition and careful dodging maneuvers, but if you manage to dodge his rather limited selection of moves, you’ll be the one leaving with the Meteorite spell, a spell that could potentially serve you better than Alabaster ever managed.

Golden Lineage Evergaol

Victors over Godefroy will receive the privilege of acquiring the Godfrey Icon, an exceptional Talisman from the main game. Despite being a recurring foe, defeating him is definitely a battle worth fighting for the reward he offers.

Lord Contender’s Evergaol

To summarize, we reach the Lord Contender’s Evergaol, a location situated quite far to the north. In this place, you will come across Roundtable Knight Vyke, another traveler like yourself who possesses powerful Lightning attacks.
