As a long-time gamer with a penchant for survival-horror games and a wallet that can’t always keep up with my gaming desires, I’m absolutely thrilled about next week’s Epic Games Store freebies! The Callisto Protocol, a game that takes heavy inspiration from the legendary Dead Space series, is usually priced at a whopping $59.99. But thanks to Epic Games, I’ll be able to add it to my collection without dipping into my savings.
Starting next week, users of the Epic Games Store will be offered a chance to obtain The Callisto Protocol at no cost. As a passionate gamer, I’ve been eagerly anticipating grabbing “The Callisto Protocol” for free on the Epic Games Store next week. Despite being available for nearly two years now, it still carries a hefty price tag of $59.99, a testament to its massive budget. Developed by Striking Distance Studios and helmed by Glen Schofield, who played a significant role in the creation of “Dead Space” for EA, this game had high expectations set from the get-go.
In 2022, The Callisto Protocol garnered a mix of opinions from both fans and critics, but it undeniably offers an engaging survival-horror gameplay with striking visuals that are hard to ignore.
