Among these, one that left a significant mark at first but was eventually overshadowed by other more memorable figures like Morrigan was Flemeth. However, who exactly is Flemeth in Dragon Age lore?

Who is Flemeth?
Origins and has been an essential part of the larger Dragon Age narrative since then. You might have encountered her in various Dragon Age games, books, comics, and other related media.
As a devoted admirer, I’d share that Flemeth in Dragon Age is believed to be an incredibly potent entity, seemingly immortal, and she has given birth to numerous powerful daughters, all of whom possess the gift of witchcraft like her. Among these extraordinary offspring, Morrigan stands out as the most renowned.
After her husband’s sudden passing, Flemeth sought revenge against those responsible for his death. She consulted spirits and even a demon in the wilderness. Legend has it that this demon bestowed upon her the powers she now possesses, enabling her to protect herself and carry out her vengeance against the noble who claimed her husband’s life. However, Flemeth didn’t stop there; according to lore, she rallied a Chasind army and aimed to expand her reach into the lowlands.
Contrary to what locals of Korcari Wilds might say about her title, Witch of the Wilds being merely a superstition, it’s rumored that Flemeth possesses the ability to change into a majestic High Dragon at her will. In this formidable shape, she stands tall above all others, boasting an awe-inspiring wingspan and immeasurable powers.
As a devoted follower, I share tales of the mighty dragon, Flemeth, who’s sought out in times of vengeful longing. Yet, Flemeth’s concept of retribution seldom coincides with the seeker’s intentions, often leading to remorse in their hearts.

Is Flemeth in Dragon Age: The Veilguard?
Based on multiple depictions across game materials such as screenshots, artwork, and trailers, it seems highly plausible that the dragon we see is reminiscent of Flemeth’s High Dragon form. Given her frequent return to shape events within Thedas, she is a strong candidate for this mysterious dragon. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made.
She had a brief role in Dragon Age: Inquisition, hinting at her potential presence in The Veilguard.
