In a relatively brief span, he has risen to become one of the most potent characters within the world of One Piece. He possesses two Devil Fruits in his possession and demonstrates proficiency with Haki.

Similar to the infamous pirate Blackbeard, Monkey D. Luffy, too, holds the title of Yonko and stands among the pirates most near to finding One Piece. Both Luffy and Blackbeard harbor the same ambition – to claim the title of Pirate King. Yet, it’s worth noting that while they have a common goal, their abilities differ significantly. In terms of achievements alone, Luffy surpasses his rival. He has successfully defeated more characters than Blackbeard.

In past encounters, Mihawk and Shanks have fought evenly, suggesting an equal balance in their skills. Against Mihawk, Blackbeard’s Yami Yami no Mi may prove less effective, as Mihawk lacks a Devil Fruit. Moreover, it is reasonable to infer that Mihawk’s Haki outshines Blackbeard’s. Luffy’s Haki matches Mihawk’s level, and his Devil Fruit could potentially be beneficial in the contest.
