The Backyard Sports series, which hadn’t been updated in almost ten years, made a comeback last year when Playground Productions bought the rights. Several older games, including Backyard Baseball ’97, Backyard Baseball ’01, Backyard Soccer ’98, and Backyard Football ’99, were released on Steam, but they weren’t free to play. Now, two more games from the popular series are available to download and play for free.

These open-world games are designed to let players freely explore, try new things, and become skilled at the game. The World of Warcraft: Midnight beta is now live! Players who signed up and were selected, or who purchased the Epic Edition, can access most of the new expansion content. They can play through the entire leveling experience and test out all the big changes to character classes, up to the new maximum level of 90.
