The “Broken Monument” quest in Arc Raiders asks players to collect several items from a small area within the Dam Battlegrounds. Because the Scrap Yard is full of wrecked vehicles and scattered mechanical parts, finding these items can be challenging.
This quest is designed to be completed in one go, without needing to replay sections or travel between different areas. The guide explains how to complete the quest, find all the necessary items, and avoid encounters with enemy Raiders in Arc Raiders.
Broken Monument Quest Guide in Arc Raiders
Once you’re in the Dam Battlegrounds map, head to the Scrap Yard located in the southeastern area. Your first goal is to find a compass hidden among the wrecked vehicles. Look for it right below where “ScrapYard” is written on the map. The compass is inside a small metal box, but be careful – enemy Raiders are nearby, so stay alert and watch your surroundings.
Next, find the videotape, which is located to the northeast of where you were just at. You’ll see two large, metal cylinders on the ground, and the tape is in a small container right beside them. On the map, this is directly above the letter ‘a’ in ‘Scrap Yard’.
Continue heading northeast until you reach the large, bus-shaped container. The final box of supplies is inside. Once you’ve collected all three items, you can go to the extraction point and leave. Be careful – if an enemy from ARC or the Raiders defeats you, you’ll lose everything. You can make this quest a little easier by bringing a Raider’s Hatch Key and using the hatch to escape, but it’s not required.
After you go back to the main menu, you can return to the Vendors section and finish the quest to earn these rewards.
